As a Design Director with over 20 years of global market experience, I am responsible for both the strategic and creative perspectives of our projects—my focus is aligning inspiration, business objectives and storytelling to create meaningful and memorable brand experiences that perform. I also serve as one of Gensler\'s Global Practice Leaders for Brand Design.Foundationally, design for me is about problem-solving: understanding and articulating a desired outcome and defining an elegant process and solution to achieve it. As a designer, I relish imagining the possibilities and exploring a variety of means to realize them. To achieve this requires insight, observation and exploration, with an open mind for analyzing, shifting and re-thinking, and a commitment to designing and creating solutions that exceed expectations. I focus on finding the best solution to the objective at hand, while remaining rooted in the idea that design, at its heart, is about people and how to engage and delight them through meaningful and memorable experiences.
