CATHY SASSIN is currently one of two Strategic Sales Development Managers for Boston Scientific Rhythm Solutions, CRMDx. Advancing through the ranks as an FCR, Sales Representative and Field Clinical Manager, Cathy was the first CRM FCM to be promoted to Sales Management. Exceeding quota every year, regardless of her position, Cathy’s relentless passion for clinical and sales excellence afforded her the opportunity to step into this unique role. After four years creating and executing targeted business and clinical solutions to facilitate growth and overcome obstacles at the Area, Region, Sales Rep and Clinical Rep levels, Cathy will now be responsible for CRMDx field development, continue to be an in-house advisor and drive key CRMDx initiatives. PAST HISTORY:ELITE ATHLETE: For more than a decade, Sassin enjoyed competing at the elite level through the sport of adventure racing. After her adventure racing career, she did commentating for adventure sports along with hosting, infomercial and instructional video work. PROFESSIONAL HISTORYCathy Sassin was an internationally renowned expert on health, nutrition and fitness. She created individual performance nutrition and exercise programs for over 20 years. Her client base ranged from celebrities, professional athletes and fitness cover models to those with severe dieting histories, lifetime eating disorders and medical concerns, to anyone simply wanting to look and feel their best.Sassin’s professional experience includes a degree in Kinesiology from UCLA, an independent personal training business and more than a decade working with Gold’s Gym International as a nutritional consultant, speaker, and director of the Intrafitt Performance Nutrition Center in Venice, California. In addition, Sassin is the author of the “Gold’s Gym Exercise Journal” and performed as an American Gladiator both on the show and live tour.
