ABOUT CATHY ROBERTSON

Robertson is recognized for her expertise in revitalizing underperforming properties and implementing strategies that enhance return on investment through sustainable practices. Her approach combines a keen understanding of market trends with a commitment to resource efficiency, resulting in long-term property value growth and improved financial performance. This dedication to sustainable ROI has solidified her reputation as a transformative leader in property management.Recognized by the Journal of Property Management as one of the “Women Changing the World of Real Estate Management,” her contributions to the field are widely celebrated. An active member of the Winston Salem Regional Association of Realtors, Cathy served as its President in 2023 and has chaired multiple pivotal committees, including the Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC) and the Grievance Committee. Her leadership within North Carolina REALTORS® (NCR) is notable: she was Chair of the Property Management Division in 2021, Past Chair in 2022, and Vice Chair in 2020. Additionally, she contributed as a Director on the NCR Board (20••••23) and holds a respected place across various NCR committees. Cathy’s dedication to service was further recognized when she received the prestigious NC REALTORS Ben Ball Award for Service.A two-time President of the Women’s Council of Realtors (20••••24), Cathy was awarded Property Manager of the Year in 2018. She holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation, Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certification, and is a member of the Twin City Kiwanis Club. Beyond real estate, Cathy leads as the CEO of Davidson Prison Ministries.Cathy’s educational accomplishments include a certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Salem College, graduation from the Davidson County Leadership Academy, and completion of the Non-Profit Essentials program at Wake Forest University.
