She is a NYU Certified Executive Coach, RCS certified coach, an EMI Certified Mindfulness Teacher (300 hour), trained in the Immunity-to-Change approach by Harvard faculty Kegan and Lahey, and Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst. Prior to her role in executive development, Cathy worked at British Airways, Lippincott-Margulies, Warner-Lambert, The Maier Group, and the Federal Reserve Board.
