About Cathy Pritchett
Highly experienced and successful in driving specialty portfolio sales, increasing patient and provider access, cultivating channel partnerships, and building and leading high-performance teams, I possess a documented track record of results representing my 13+ years with GlaxoSmithKline. In addition to my GSK career, I also delivered #1-ranked, Rookie of the Year performance levels with Quinnova and Fiserv, reflective of my strengths in launch leadership, account development, and relationship management. Progressing rapidly within the GSK family, I transitioned from the Oral Healthcare line of business to the new Community Pharmacy Team (CPT), generating pull-through of our portfolio to rank as a top 5% performer every year as a Senior Account Specialist. Asked to then lead my peers as a Front Line Leader (FLL) and Regional Manager, I accelerated results across a 7-state region, fueled 30%-40% over launch goals, and steered the team through challenges including a restructuring initiative. Next, tasked with reengineering the CPT as a Pharmacy Operations Manager, I did just that, established our ‘ways of working,’ and was quickly selected to next lead the CVS Retail Channel Team as the National Account Manager. Through data-driven decision-making and strategic account planning, I increased ROI to $5.1M (representing a 45%+ gain) and truly changed the way pharmacists engaged with patients, achieving 154% of contracted vaccine goals. Once again asked to lead the team of which I was a part, I stepped up to the FLL position and continued to generate aggressive momentum, fueling 31% growth across the vaccine portfolio. Generating 41% in total YOY growth and 150% of contract goal, I established best practices to achieve product launch excellence and drive immunization rates within retail pharmacy. Next, as Channel Field Business Manager, I created and operationalized our vision and mission, built reporting structures, and solidified core working relationships across a matrixed organization. Delivering $1.54B in vaccine WAC sales and 31% growth in YOY Boostrix production, I was highly effective in leading, training, and coaching my team to identify and capture emerging opportunities. Most recently, as Enterprise Account Director within Market Access, I have spent the past few years managing relationships with our largest channel partners representing $476M in wholesale / distributor and $350M specialty product revenue.
