Experienced professional who within nine days post-employment converted the CyberArk Engineering team to an Agile Scrum team using Agile devlopment for the CyberArk product life cycles. • All PBI\'s were loaded into the crew backlog and the first Sprint started opon the ninth working day. • Trained crew members on the Agile tool Version One and the Agile processes including Scrum and Kanban (continuois development flow). • Prioritize all PBI\'s in the backlog based on product owner requests. • Onboarded two other tiers of support to the CybeArk tool to the Kanban continuous process flow to track work products related to various levels of support and govenance. • Working with the vendor to upgrade the system to 10.x and upgrade/refresh the infrastructure to support the Privileged User Strategy. • Conpleted a 30 month draft road map to securely onboard, sustain, and support all privileged users across the enterprise. • Contribute to long-term strategic product enterprise road map by managing portfolio priorities.
