Lead a phenomenal team with what I often say is the best project of my career, AT & T Staff Alert, an IOT solution protecting housekeepers in the hospitality industry. We are successfully installed in over hotel rooms throughout US and Canada. Prior to this project, I worked with mobility experts on multiple strategy engagements for various industries including health care, travel (international airlines), finance, banking, government, real estate and insurance clients, including several Fortune 500 companies. Deliverables for each client included a 3-5 year strategic plan and roadmap for the client’s mobile projects, including BYOD implementations, mobile applications, architecture, infrastructure and governance. Initiated each project by facilitating face-to-face interviews with key individuals to fully understand current state of business and technical capabilities. Provided recommendations on mobile applications, user and device profiles, technical architecture, governance processes and skills needed to move to future state. Projects concluded with onsite workshops and strategy presentations to working level and executive level management.
