Develop, manage and execute global service strategy. Deep dive into areas with opportunities to improve in the OTC process. • Establish, implement and manage the global governance framework including town hall cadence, team meeting and functional business reviews. • Global Process Owner and lead in Global Business Operating Platform design and deployment • Chief of Staff responsibility to Global VP Customer Service & Delivery
