Cathy Ivey is a Vice President in Human Resources, Inclusion and Diversity. She’s accountable for all aspects of Inclusion and Diversity at TIAA where she’s responsible for designing, communicating and deploying inclusion frameworks & metrics to improve awareness, meet Inclusion goals for the organization and create a culture of belonging. Previously, Cathy was responsible for TIAA’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) program which includes building and setting the strategic direction of Employee Resource Groups, defining the roles and responsibilities associated with the program, creating the strategic framework that will govern the activities of the group, the on boarding, support, and coaching of executive sponsors, national chairs, and chapter leads, the Employee Resource Group mentoring program as well as coordinates and facilitates enterprise-wide events
