Delivered 70%+ direct hiring rate, 69% reduction on a CPH and 3 week reduction on TTH- Leading a team of up to 11 responsible for permanent recruitment across TSB covering Branch, Contact Centre and Specialist functions. Includes the oversight of an RPO worth circa £2 million per annum- Responsible for overseeing RPOs to manage all interim hiring into TSB - up to 500 interim workers - Accountable for Pre-Employment Screening including Migrant Workers, policy ownership and managing of a pre-employment screening outsource worth £0.5 million per annum - Accountable for our Recruitment Operations function, encompassing Recruitment MI, Projects, Technology, Recruitment Risk and Budget Management- Senior member/facilitator of \'The Link\' award winning employee engagement forum
