I have responsibility for all Apprentice and Graduate programmes at Bakkavor. We use our Apprenticeship and Graduate programmes to grow our talent pipeline - On an annual basis I work with the business to identify medium and long term skills gaps to ensure that we have sufficient apprentices and graduates coming through, as well as the right programmes to develop them. We want our apprentices and graduates to start their career with us and stay with us, with lots of opportunities for further development and progression.We also use our apprenticeship programmes as a great tool for developing our existing colleagues, whether they want to progress or just want to be the best that they can be in the role that they are doing.I have a great team of Regional Early Careers Managers who support all of our learners with their learning journeys, providing coaching to support with achievement and ongoing progression. In addition, I run Bakkavor\'s Leadership Development Programme for the leaders that we have across the organisation, working in partnership with some great specialist providers/ consultants who share the same values as us.
