ABOUT CATHY DESABRAIS

Over 25 years of accounting, reporting and managerial experience in private, publicly-traded and non-profit organizations. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, analyze, develop and implement timely recommendations for complex financial issues and special transactions. Using win-win negotiation skills to arrive at a consensus and solution when resolving conflicts related to contractual agreements, clients, subcontractors and financial institutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills have enabled me to develop and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of management, business units, team members, clients, government departments/agencies and internal/external auditors. When it comes to sound leadership skills, I have proven that I can effectively engage, lead, mentor, inspire and develop a strong, dynamic team.
