My journey began as an Officer and one of the first 3 women F-15C fighter pilots in the U.S. Air Force, where I proudly served, including in Operation Southern Watch and Operation Noble Eagle. After 12 years of flying, including 40 missions in Iraq, I transitioned into the private sector, combining leadership, fiscal & operational discipline, and a “mission-first” mentality with business acumen.Currently, as President at Uniti Fiber (formerly SVP & Chief Development Officer), I lead teams focused on project development, service delivery, order management, and operational excellence. I’m passionate about scaling infrastructure, generating long-term value, and building resilient organizations that prosper in fast-moving industries.My strengths include strategic planning, P&L and Balance Sheet leadership, cross-functional leadership, delivering transformational change, and ensuring that the customer experience is aligned with company goals.
