Founded in 2004, Cumberland Consulting Group is a leading healthcare consulting firm that helps some of the nation’s largest payer, provider and life sciences organizations implement and optimize technologies to maximize operational efficiency. Director of Human Resources for Cumberland Consulting Group, LLC which is a national technology implementation and project management firm serving ambulatory, acute and post-acute healthcare providers. Cumberland provides strategic information technology planning, systems selection, implementation and optimization services. Through the implementation of new technologies, Cumberland helps providers nationwide advance the quality of patient care they deliver and improve overall business performance. Areas of specialty in Human Resources include employment law, policy design and administration, regulatory compliance recruiting and retention, and corporate safety and security. Prior to joining Cumberland, served as Director of Human Resources for Saint Thomas Health Services, and as a key member of the hospital’s executive leadership and strategic planning teams. Member of the Diversity Forum Committee, President Elect 2015 of the Tennessee Society for Healthcare Human Resources Management (TSHHRM), and serves as current President of the Middle Tennessee Society for Healthcare Human Resources Management (MTSHHRM).
