Driven by a passion for data storytelling and innovation, I help clients unlock the full potential of Power BI through a collaborative, client-focused approach. With 23 years of experience in policing plus a client portfolio that includes Ofwat, NHS, Essex Police, local councils, and the States of Guernsey, I bring a deep understanding of public sector challenges and a passion for helping organisations overcome them through data, technology, and people-first solutions.My mission is to empower organisations to not only understand their data but to act on it. I design dynamic, insightful visualisations that transform complex information into compelling narratives enabling smarter, faster decision-making.But it doesn’t stop at delivery. I’m equally committed to coaching and upskilling others, ensuring that every engagement leaves clients confident and capable of maintaining and evolving their Power BI solutions. Teaching is at the heart of what I do because sustainable impact comes from shared knowledge.As a Gen AI Champion at Agilisys, I’m now expanding my focus into the transformative world of AI and automation. I’m building Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, exploring how generative AI can streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and unlock new possibilities for clients. AI isn’t just a tool it’s a catalyst for innovation, and I’m excited to be part of shaping how we use it to work smarter and deliver greater value.My current project involvement is with Ofwat and their transition to Microsoft Fabric which is really exciting!
