Represents the Green Bay Packers publicly to build and sustain community and individual relationships by partnering with statewide non-profit agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations. Develop and evaluate a comprehensive community engagement programs with multi year goals and objectives. •Works with corporate, foundation and community advisory boards.•Develops and implements annual and long-term strategic plans to establish measurable objectives for community engagement activities.•Serve as a liaison between the Green Bay Packers and the Wisconsin community statewide.•Develops/monitors departmental budget to prioritize staff resources and maximize return on investment.•Serve as the primary contact with the NFL community relations/foundation personnel on league initiatives. •Interface with sales and business development department to create cause-marketing programs and new business opportunities. Develop marketable community outreach programs to generate a positive image, while creating possible revenue streams.•Oversee the creation and execution of player/alumni relations strategies to ensure they remain connected and engaged with the organization and the community.•Develop strategy to generate positive, local, statewide, and national publicity for off-the-field programs; develop key contacts in sports and non-sports media to generate positive media coverage.•Builds and leads an effective team to provide ongoing feedback, support professional growth and development. Leads to increase visibility of team/staff areas of player/alumni relations, community outreach/NFL programs, in-kind/monetary donations, football outreach and community events.•Direct the team’s charitable platform Green Bay Packers Give Back.
