I help my clients: Consider all aspects of their lives and create a plan to find more joy and satisfaction in their personal as well as professional lives. Does their life reflect their values and priorities? Are they happy with their relationships? Does their life feel balanced and joyful? Assess their career honestly. Are they satisfied with where they are? What does professional success mean to them and what do they need to do to achieve it? Negotiate career or job transitions, identify and develop the leadership, personal, communication and other skills needed to take their next step. I know about change and transition. Throughout my career, I\'ve worn many hats – software engineer, counselor, teacher, researcher, marketer, and more. It took lots of time and exploration, but I finally found that what I loved most was sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm with others, supporting them through times of transition and empowering them to achieve their goals.
