ABOUT CATHRIN A.

Hi! My name is Cathrin. I\'m an experienced continuous improvement professional with a passion for creating efficient and effective processes. I\'ve led HR transformation and transition projects from establishing an HR Shared Services function, bringing Payroll into the HR function, merging entities to reduce complexity to name a few. These activities have led to significant reductions in complexity and cost but also improved the customer experience. Technology fascinates me. 🤓I\'ve worked with various HR systems (SAP HCM, Oracle Fusion, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) and have been part or led activities to get the best out of these systems with very little investment. Revamping the onboarding process, introducing diversity markers aligned to country specific needs and customs, visualising data for the C-suite in PowerBI to make effective decisions and integrating SuccessFactors with ServiceNow. The things I deal with are complex and require a lot of detailed HR tech knowledge which I appreciate is not everyone\'s cup of. I\'ve been known to adapt my communication style to the requirements of the audience; C-Suite, colleagues from other functions, Workers\' Councils, and equally minded HR technology geeks. 🤓As a mum of two little ones I\'m also very passionate about working flexibly to get the best of the corporate and family world.
