I am an experienced practitioner in the instructional design of blended learning solutions with specific knowledge and experience of the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).I have worked in a variety of instructional design and learning design roles for both public and private sector clients. I am skilled in the principles of adult learning theory always bringing creativity to the learning design. I have designed classroom training, e-learning, distance learning and assessments using the ADDIE model. My hands-on approach to technology has given me skills in rapid development tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise. I work successfully in teams and across organisational boundaries liaising with subject matter experts, IT professionals, and graphic designers to complete projects on time and to budget.
