ABOUT CATHLINE MARSHALL

As a UX strategist, I am passionate about creating digital products that are not only efficient and accurate but also intuitive and user-friendly. I have extensive tenure in the field of UX strategy, design, and research, working with global F500 and global brands and leading UX teams across different industries and markets worldwide. I hold certifications from Human Factors International, Interaction Design Foundation, and Pace University, and I am an adjunct professor of UX design and research at NYU - SPS.My core competencies include conducting mixed-method research, establishing UX roadmaps and design processes, providing strategic vision and creative direction, and training and mentoring UX professionals. I have successfully delivered UX solutions that improved customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty, as well as business outcomes, such as subscriptions, revenue, and growth. Some of my key achievements include leading UX research teams at Ernst & Young\'s Innovation and Design Studio, developing a UX research dashboard for Sirona Medical, and driving UX roadmaps and design thinking workshops at Elsevier.
