As a UX strategist, I am passionate about creating digital products that are not only efficient and accurate but also intuitive and user-friendly. I have extensive tenure in the field of UX strategy, design, and research, working with global F500 and global brands and leading UX teams across different industries and markets worldwide. I hold certifications from Human Factors International, Interaction Design Foundation, and Pace University, and I am an adjunct professor of UX design and research at NYU - SPS.My core competencies include conducting mixed-method research, establishing UX roadmaps and design processes, providing strategic vision and creative direction, and training and mentoring UX professionals.
