WORK HISTORY
Founder and Executive Director @Justice In Motion
Brooklyn, NY, US
Founded and direct Justice in Motion. Justice in Motion protects migrant rights by ensuring that justice crosses borders. Too often when migrants return to their home countries they are denied the right to challenge injustices suffered such as exploitative employers or civil rights abuses. Sometimes families are denied safety because they cannot access key evidence in their home countries. Justice in Motion is dedicated to exposing and overcoming these injustices. We currently operate legal, educational, and policy initiatives in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Central America. Through a unique network of on-the-ground human rights partners, Justice in Motion makes sure that wherever migrants go, their rights will follow.
