Provide Corporate or Facility Level support in the management of patient complaints and grievances. • Clinical Risk Contributor in Corporate Clinical Operation Debrief Meetings •Lead and Facilitate New Risk Manager Orientation Curriculum•Lead and Facilitate Quarterly Organization-Wide Risk Management Meetings• Lead and Facilitate training in proactive and retrospective risk assessments as needed (i.e, Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Common Cause Analysis (CCA), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as needed.
