I’m the person who connects the technology to the business problem. For over 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of marketing, sales, and technology — designing omni-channel journeys, building real-time marketing programs, and figuring out how to use the platforms and data we already have to create better experiences for customers and easier workflows for the teams that serve them.I built Verizon Business Group’s first B2B Real-Time Marketing program from a pilot concept into an award-winning revenue engine. That meant working hands-on with Adobe Experience Platform, Marketo, and Journey Optimizer while also partnering with Data Science, Marketing, Sales Ops, and IT to make sure what we built actually solved real problems. My team\'s work earned a Forrester B2B Return on Integration Award, a Marketing Week B2B Sector Award, and a Gartner Eye Innovation Award — not because the technology was flashy, but because it worked.What I’m good at: understanding use cases, diagnosing where things break down, and bridging the gaps between marketers, IT, and CX. I’m curious about how things work under the hood, I ask a lot of questions, and I genuinely enjoy the problem-solving part — especially when it means connecting the dots between what the data says and what customers and employees are actually experiencing.I love to apply my experience in enterprise MarTech platforms, first- and third-party data, journey strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to craft personalized experiences. I’m drawn to teams that are building something, whether that’s standing up a new capability, solving a hard problem, or rethinking how technology serves the business. I\'m at my best when using my experience to bring value while growing my skills and learning from my colleagues and subject matter experts. Previous experience includes leading demand generation in telecom and senior integrated marketing leadership roles in high tech and associations.    I own governance, compliance, and lifecycle management for Verizon Business Group’s core MarTech platforms — Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Marketo Engage. The role sits at the intersection of technology, security, legal, and marketing operations, which means a lot of my work is about translating between those groups and making sure the platforms stay healthy, compliant, and useful. I\'m striving for an agile compliance by design approach as our group builds new capabilities and innovative solutions.Day to day, I’m defining operational processes, managing vendor relationships (including Adobe), partnering on GDPR/CCPA compliance, and making sure the foundational data and infrastructure supports what the marketing and CX teams need to build on top of it.
