Part of the Contract Management Capability service for central government and wider government bodies, working as part of a team to design, develop and deliver structured learning solutions to raise the capability of contract management across the public sector. Responsible for managing the learning journey of cohorts through the provision of coaching and facilitation to aid their development. Responsibilities include- Working with subject matter experts to structure programmes, provide expertise and ensure delivery in line with business objectives- Designing and delivering support sessions to manage learner development and build and test capability improvement at all levels- Engaging with directors to discuss strategic workforce plans- Identify and analyse learning needs- Leading self-diagnostic conversations and tools to enhance the learning experience and maximise outputs.
