Charity and business consultant with over 30-years experience in Relationship Management, People Development, Leadership and Business Development. I can support in a number of ways: TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT – I provide structured training and support programmes that meet your needs and provide either training sessions, workshops or as a 121 support. Soft skills training is particularly effective for those seeking to develop partnerships and professional relationships. RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT - helping you understand the keys to effective relationship management, develop your soft-skills and help you build a focussed, planned approach to your stakeholder engagement. This applies to both internal and external stakeholders. FACILITATION - experienced in creating and facilitating discussion groups, working parties and peer support groups. Bringing neutrality to the room and providing a safe, welcoming space where everyone’s voice is heard and respected. Helping all parties navigate through the discussion, understand each other’s needs and progress towards successful outcomes COACHING AND MENTORING - motivating clients to get to where they want to be and realise their true potential. Creating head space to sound out ideas within a supportive and encouraging framework provides clarity and builds the pathway to setting and achieving goals.
