To accomplish this we coordinate speaker series for employees to discuss a variety interesting and valuable topics such as nutrition, exercise, goal setting, organization, stress management, rest/relaxation, passion/purpose, and curiosity/learning—in addition to helping each employee set and reach personal fitness and health goals.
