I thrive at my level to bring a significant contribution to elevate patient\'s lives.With track-record experience & strong reputation from big pharma to mid-size biotech and med-tech companies, I have held leadership positions at global, regional, country and functional levels. I aim for performance, turning business back to growth in revenues and/or profitability and building diverse teams across functions in perpetual transformations. Currently serving as VP & Head of Planning & Operations USA, I get to lead an incredible team that is dedicated to collaborate as enablers and drivers to bring UCB treatments to the patients in the US.In addition to my role at UCB, I serve as scientific Board member in a Philosophy & Economic Chair at University of Lyon & University of Burgundy and I have served as Board member and President of Communication at LEEM, French pharma association. I was born and raised in Saigon, completed my education in Paris, lived and worked in multiple countries in Philadelphia,Paris. Brussels, Edinburgh, Montreal, Lausanne and now in Atlanta, USA.
