This position includes teaching the upper-level concert band, 2 jazz ensembles, and 2 music theory courses during the school day. The extra-curricular activities include directing the Caesar Rodney Rider Marching Band, who competes in Tournament of Bands, USBands, and Cavalcade of Bands, directing the Pep Band for basketball games & wrestling matches, directing the musical productions, and managing the Indoor Color Guard and Indoor Percussion ensembles. I also manage and plan for my ensembles to perform at local events and parades, as well as coordinating trips to Walt Disney World as a performing ensemble.In this position, I created and developed all online marketing, social media designs, and video/audio editing for the Caesar Rodney High School Bands:Website:

I am currently the Director of Bands at Caesar Rodney High School in Camden, DE, and hosting Tutti: A Podcast for New Music Educators. I have previously served as the Director of Bands at Bohemia Manor HS in Chesapeake City, MD. In 2019, I graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.M. in Music Education. Kindness, innovation, and passion in leadership and management are rooted at my core. I am passionate about supporting and growing the community around me and working to create innovative and creative opportunities for my students. I am looking forward to future opportunities and any way that I can spark a difference in the communities around me.
