Advises clients on developing and implementing comprehensive climate strategies, ensuring alignment with global sustainability goals and best practises, and guides organisations in integrating climate considerations into business strategies, operations, and decision-making processes to drive long-term value and resilience. Provides strategic updates and insights to senior leadership on climate risks and opportunities and best practises, influencing client corporate strategies towards sustainability. Ensures clients\' compliance with environmental regulations and reporting standards, such as TCFD/CFD, CDP and GHG Protocol, etc. fostering transparency and accountability. Conducts climate risk and opportunity assessments and quantitative scenario analysis and financial modelling to enhance organisational resilience against climate impacts. Leads the preparation and review of climate-related disclosures and sustainability reports, helping clients effectively communicate their climate strategies and achievements. Facilitates the development of high-performing sustainability teams at client organisations with climate workshops, and internally with the preparation and hosting of learning and development sessions. Prepares proposals and SOWs for business development and facilitates client acceptance processes. Engagement management, such as monitoring budgets, generating invoices, and negotiating fee overrun payments with clients
