ABOUT CATHERINE MCGINLEY

Catherine McGinley has owned a full-service Real Estate Team in the Austin metro area since 2002. With 20 years of business experience, and an Austinite since the mid 90’s, she blends vast area knowledge with her wealth of Real Estate acumen. She is a high achiever with years of excellence in her field. Her attention to detail, formidable negotiating skills, and attentiveness to her client’s needs, are part of what make her a Top Producing REALTOR. She has also earned the prestigious GRI, GREEN, and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designations. Her passion for interior design and additional accreditation as a Certified Home Stager, enable her to provide that extra finishing touch to her listing clients.On the personal side, Catherine has raised her three, now grown, children in Austin. As an involved parent and Austinite for 25+ years, she is familiar with all things Austin: It’s creative side, sporty influences, trendy downtown, rolling Hill Country, abundant golf courses, luxurious parks, sculpture gardens, and more! She lives life to the fullest. And with all that Austin has to offer – they are the perfect match for each other. In her time off, you could easily bump into her at a local festival or yoga studio; or at home enjoying her quiet time playing her grand piano or painting. She has become a devoted nutritional chef, and odds are high that you would find her dancing around her large kitchen while she whips up some homemade pesto over sweet potato noodles!
