ABOUT CATHERINE MCCLURE

Health & Well-being Specialist | Former paralegal I’ve always loved sport, fitness and movement but have I always been fit and healthy? Absolutely not. I was always the skinny kid, I was actually bullied for being skinny. My wider family would watch me eat like a hawk to make sure I was eating, convinced I was so skinny because I must have an eating disorder. Ironically, I’ve never had a problem with eating. I was always moving, playing sport (at one point playing for the county), some might say ‘hyper’ - something I’ve now learned in adulthood is ADHD. Although I completed my first fitness qualification in 2013, I parked it. I was told not to “waste my intelligence”, that fitness wasn’t a long-term career and I’d never see a PT over the age of 45. So I followed the traditional path: • English & History degree • Graduate Diploma in Law • MSc in Law, Business & Management • Legal Practice Course • Roles in law, banking, and eventually project management By all accounts I was succeeding. But I wasn’t fulfilled. I’ve always felt trapped by trying to fit into the corporate world, I’m “TOO chatty” “TOO excitable” “TOO loud” “TOO much energy”, but when I worked out I felt free, and this feeling of freedom become a bit of an obsession (once I worked out 4x in a day), I was chasing the endorphins. Colleagues began asking for advice—workouts, nutrition plans, how I found the time. I realised I loved helping busy professionals feel better in their bodies, and I finally returned to my passion, qualifying as a PT. All this while living with undiagnosed ADHD. Now, I coach high-performing professionals to optimise their health, physique, and performance, without the overwhelm. I combine elite fitness and nutrition coaching with behavioural insight and real-world strategies that work with your lifestyle. I’ve mastered how to: • Balance corporate dining with intentional nutrition • Build muscle and strength from a naturally slim frame • Stay consistent despite packed schedules • Thrive professionally and mentally • Coach others to do the same (with lasting results) There’s a direct correlation between how you feel in your body and how you perform in the boardroom, at home, and in life. My clients don’t just get stronger, they become more confident, focused, energised, and successful. If you’re ready to take control of your health and show up as your highest-performing self, let’s talk.
