For over thirteen years, I\'ve had the joy of working alongside inspiring students, faculty, staff, and community partners - empowering the next generation of leaders through comprehensive pipeline development efforts. Building connections is where the real magic happens - cultivating a vibrant community of mentors and learners from pre-K through higher ed and beyond.Collaborating with students as they navigate their unique journeys is the most rewarding part. From recruitment to career prep, I\'ve witnessed the profound impact of providing holistic support with genuine care and empathy. The true stars are the determined students who persist through challenges and reach remarkable heights.Behind the scenes, I facilitate enriching growth opportunities focused on career, workforce, and personal development - leveraging skills like networking, career coaching, project management, budgeting, grant writing and management, and marketing. Some of the most inspiring moments are when students find their stride, explore careers, connect with mentors, and the community celebrates \"aha\" moments of progress. It\'s powerful to witness people evaluate their unique strengths and how they want to contribute talents in their careers and personal lives. We all have something invaluable to offer.When I\'m not on campus, you can find me treasuring family time with my husband and children. As a boy mom, I love engaging in their interests, spanning STEM, music, reading, and more. I\'m also deeply involved in my local church ministries, currently serving the 25-and-under crowd; blessed to be active in children\'s, youth, and young adult ministries for years - I learn so much from them!Many professional skill sets carry over - I am currently training in biblical counseling and enjoy serving others through guidance and support.
