About Catherine Littell
I love working with entrepreneurs to buy and grow great small businesses. After years investing in ETA with Halstatt Legacy Partners, my husband Matt and I are now building a holding company focused on ETA investments. Along the way I’ve supported searchers across self-funded, sole-sponsored, and traditional models, served on boards, and rolled up my sleeves on acquisitions and operations.My own ETA journey started with a partnered search, and since then I’ve seen first-hand how powerful this path can be for both entrepreneurs and families looking to transition their companies. Outside of investing, I stay close to the ETA community through teaching, advising, and mentoring.
