About Cathy Lee

Dr. Catherine Lee takes people and organizations to new heights by focusing on what matters. helping people reach their greatest potential. Dr. Lee uses strategic culture development, training, and education strategies to move the organization\'s people toward strategic priorities \"from the inside, out.\" She applies her expertise in stakeholder feedback (VOC), goal setting, leadership coaching, culture development, customer-centered service design, motivational training, and employee engagement to help businesses achieve an internal culture that supports and drives external success. With experience in patient experience, customer satisfaction measurement, statistical analysis, reward and recognition programs, stakeholder partnership programs, and lean improvement, Cathy coaches leaders and their teams to align with the organization’s mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives. Cathy has presented at nearly 30 national and state conferences for the past 20 years, and her work has been highlighted in articles in several national publications. She has an MBA from the University of South Carolina and a Doctoral degree in Strategic Leadership. Cathy is bronze belt certified in Lean through Simpler training, is a Burke Institute-trained Focus Group Moderator, and served as faculty for the Beryl Institute PX Body of Knowledge. She is an active member of various professional associations and serves on the Board of Trustees for Lander University and the Francis Marion University Foundation Board. She is an active member of the Past Presidents Council of the Francis Marion University Alumni Association. She has served as a Sunday School teacher and Deacon at First Presbyterian Church in Florence, SC. She enjoys volunteering at the Florence Little Theater and participating in mission trips to Peru, Haiti, and Honduras. Cathy’s greatest desire, however, is for her life to give honor and glory to God; and her most cherished role is that of mother to her grown children.
