I have worked with incredible performers from global boardrooms through to world class sport. Through this I have seen and learnt many of the central tenets that drive sustained performance, and now enjoy sharing these with others through my coaching, mentoring and non-exec roles, keynote speaking, and through my first (and possibly only?) leadership book, Staying the Distance: The Lessons From Sport That Business Leaders Have Been Missing. My joy comes from helping others, and seeing tangible results delivered in a way that puts people at the centre.
