About Catherine Gropp

Catherine has 12+ years of experience in project & product management, change management, training and business analysis. She has in depth experience implementing enterprise wide technology, new tools and processes, developing change strategies, and managing all aspects of the project from initial planning to training and post implementation monitoring. Catherine works collaboratively with cross functional senior leaders, business users and IT to actively engage and communicate with all stakeholders using change management throughout the lifecycle of a project. She is motivated by finding solutions to unique business problems and driven by her curiosity and learning. On a more personal level, Catherine is passionate about the arts and driving social and economic change through diversity, equity & inclusion efforts in and outside of her work.
