Open to new opportunities.I am a 2017 MSc Economics Graduate from the University of Amsterdam and 2016 B.A. Economics & Political Science graduate from McGill UniversityI joined Elastic, the company behind Elasticsearch, in 2017 after my studies. I started off as a Sales Development Representative where I focused almost immediately on Enterprise Account for the Southern European Market (BNP Paribas, Orange, Telecom Italia, EDF, Crédit Agricole, etc.). With an attainment of >100% during my 2 year tenure as well as the mentoring of new SDRs on the team and growing my territory’s pipeline, I was promoted to Senior SDR.In October 2019, I moved to the Order Operations team. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to- Heading relationship with IT for Order Ops on prioritising enhancement requests, projects and UAT- Working with IT on projects to streamline processes and automations- Supporting the Sales team on quoting and deal building- Partnering with Deal Desk and Legal on complex deal structure and custom offers- Working strategically with the Compliance team on sanctioned regions- Partnering with Sales Leadership in EMEA on large deals and more complex deals to get ahead of the issues- Processing Orders and Booking, as well as cooperating with Revenue/Audit to insure clean bookingsI was promoted to Senior Analyst in May 2021.My interests for future career developments relate to Strategy & Operations related roles such as Deal Desk, Pricing, FP & A, Order Operations, or Business Operations.
