Trial attorney with over 15 years of civil litigation experience handling high exposure catastrophic claims, including: sexual abuse cases under the CVA/ASA/GMVA, construction accident cases under Labor Law Sections 240(1)/241(6), premises liability, negligent security, medical and professional malpractice, motor vehicle accident litigation, wrongful death, toxic torts, construction defect, trademark and copyright infringement, insurance coverage, and general tort liability.
