Coordination across Aon’s Human Capital functions to deliver exceptional outcomes for multinational employers and their employees.Strong expertise in:• Global governance, including developing benefit philosophy, strategy and ongoing monitoring• Global IFRS and US GAAP financial reporting for retirement and other post-employment benefit plans• Strategic advice and ongoing support on the design and delivery of employee benefit programmes• Review of employee value proposition, including wellbeing, DE & I and ESG strategic objectives• Benefit inventory and benchmarking against market data and confirming legislative compliance• Due diligence and integration associated with mergers, acquisitions and divestitures• Design, implementation and oversight of expatriate benefit programmes and international pension plans
