Cath Duke is a Senior Business Director with Hays and an expert in the recruitment of permanent finance staff across County Durham and North Yorkshire.Cath has worked for Hays since 1995 and in this time has been responsible for recruiting both temporary and permanent finance staff across all sectors. In Cath transferred to the Public Services Division where she managed the development of the newly created Public Services team, a team that now consists of multiple staff across the North East region. Since 2015, Cath has been based in our Darlington office, managing the office until late 2024. She has specific responsibility for assisting clients who are recruiting to permanent, qualified and non-qualified finance vacancies. An experienced Director with Hays, Cath has now returned to a purely customer focused role, helping individuals with their careers and employers with their recruitment needs. Cath has a strong track record of supporting clients and candidates, often during difficult times.
