As an Assistant Head Varsity Girls\' Lacrosse Coach, my first priority is that of my athletes. Instruction both as a team and as individuals for these athletes to see progress in themselves and how to contribute on a team level. As a coach, my job is to strategize appropriate game plans according to level of competition and to identify the teams strengths and weaknesses to adjust how we operate as a unit. I also aid in being a liaison between prospective colleges and universities that are interested in recruitment of my players so they can get an opportunity to play at the highest level. Lastly, I foster community through coaching from my high schoolers all the way down to the youth program.
