From RPO and MSP to recruitment technology sourcing and optimisation, we work with clients to create individually tailored solutions that improve any organisation’s talent acquisition agility, quality, speed, process and reporting – total solutions that flex with the needs of your business.• Supporting with the final wrap up of implementation ahead of client ‘go live’• Managing end to end recruitment activities across UK, Europe and North America• Creating and delivering training sessions to suppliers, hiring managers and contractor workforce introducing the client services team as well as the new processes o Contractors – how to submit timecards o Hiring Managers – new recruitment process/tools• Building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders, internal TA teams and wider stakeholders, to deliver on new recruitment activities • Working closely with the internal TA team to understand needs of key business areas and projects - to ensure I can partner efficiently and provide a seamless service to meet high expectations• First point of contact for the client services team on all queries and escalations• Providing insight to hiring managers on current hiring trends to help manage expectations as well as highlighting ways we need to adapt on current search criteria• Connecting regularly with delivery team and suppliers to keep up to date on the latest recruitment activities• Following strict KPI/SLA’s set, highlighting any that may not be with strong reasoning as to why this may be the case• BAU recruitment activities and HRIS management• Regularly review processes to present ways of amending to fit the needs of the client – especially around efficiency
