To manage the Fleet Finance Team effectively and to encourage development. To provide full support to the Fleet Operations Director with relevant and accurate information. To maintain & improve procedures and systems, to enable more accurate and effective management information - working alongside our customers to achieve this. Produce regular and adhoc analysis to support T&D with their weekly and monthly P&L submission, ensuring all reports are completed to strict deadlines. To take full responsibility for the Fleet Division month-end cycle. Build excellent relationships with our customers, providing finance support & guidance. To provide support to the Fleet Department for weekly & monthly cost reporting. To provide support to Fleet management in maintaining/improving procedures and systems to ensure more accurate and effective management information. Responsible for fleet annual budget & quarterly reforecast. Perfomance evaluate division weekly & monthly. Highlight ways we can improve, generate more revenue and become more cost effective. Highlight any issues that will result in us not meeting our budgeted figure.

I have recently enjoyed a career break raising my daughter for the last 9 years. During this time I was involved in property management of 5 properties giving me experience in buying, selling, managing, maintaining properties and sourcing tenants privately. I am now looking to utilise my previous accountancy experience and looking for an exciting part time assistant/management accountant role within accounting & finance where I can add value.1st Class BA(Hons) Accounting and Finance Graduate, and fully qualified CIMA professional. Ambitious, organised and deadline driven, with 6 years post grad experience. My last role was Financial Controller for the Fleet Division at Eddie Stobart Logistics, responsible for a team of two, which I left to go on maternity in 2016.This role required me to work closely with, and support, the Managing Director whilst having a reporting line into the Finance Director of Operations.I am passionate about development and encouraging others to push themselves. I have built great relationships with local universities to organise a placement scheme for ambitious and talented finance undergraduates within my team.I enjoy finding new ways to report information to non-financial managers and offering up recommendations.
