ABOUT CATHERINE HARTLEY BARBER-BROWN

I am a Values-Led Consultant, Interim Executive, NED, Coach and Mentor who drives performance, growth and transformation for organisations across sectors, including finance, consultancy, healthcare and education. My formative career encompassed ten years in Equity Capital Markets for Credit Suisse and Barclays, where I worked on multi-billion-dollar transactions and coached Boards on presenting to investors. I subsequently spent 13 years with the Co-operative Bank / Britannia Building Society in Board-level strategy and change roles, supporting financial restructurings, business model design, regulatory implementations and culture change.I launched Barber-Brown Strategic Consulting in 2016 to bring strategy, transformation, governance, risk, commercial insight and performance scrutiny in a collaborative and supportive style to organisations both large and small across sectors. My value add: Cutting through complexity to bring strategic clarity, with a focus on analysis to identify issues / solutions and develop a purposeful strategy - “Why then What”. Methodologies and tools that work across different sectors. Collaborative and engaging working style - challenge where it\'s needed, creativity where it should be and a focus on delivery. An approach that builds stronger connections and working structures.Contact me: Strategy Design & Implementation Governance, Risk & Compliance Target Operating Models & Organisational Design Transformation & Strategic Projects Organisational Assessment (SWOT, 5Forces) Trend Analysis & Response Business Development Proposition Development, Product & Pricing Customer Experience Mentoring & Leadership Support Facilitation Stakeholder Engagement
