My passion and my area of expertise is building technology spin-offs in the field of Future of Work. I work with companies in the Pro AV Industry: corporate system integrators, residential custom installers- and B2B tech startups to turn early-stage products and in-house initiatives into scalable business systems. I’m well versed in strategic marketing, management and the operational side of technology product development, applying lean startup methodology and agile principles to bring technology to market efficiently.Over the years, I’ve built and managed strategic partnerships with industry leaders like Bosch, Crestron, Logitech, Philips, and Samsung, developing cross-branded market applications and launching their technology solutions globally, with market entries in North America, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia.I\'m the author of the 5-Factor Hybrid Work Environment Model that blends practical business designs with a system view of growth, adoption, and resilience. I share my research, frameworks, and industry insights at I occasionally teach on technology business building at top academic institutions including the HSE and MIPT. Currently open to fractional leadership roles, strategic growth projects, or co-founder-level partnerships with Pro AV/IT companies, B2B tech innovators, and Work Tech startups.
