Transparent Host Updates - I am leading a program to reduce reboots for the majority of customers and to provide control to the most sensitive customers during host updates. This program has already delivered huge results for our customers; we increased customer satisfaction by >90% since the previous host update.Virtual Machine Migration - This program focuses on the ability to transparently migrate VMs to prevent customer downtime due to unhealthy hardware and BIOS updates. As a part of this program, we increased VM eligibility by 30% in a 6 month period. I also created preview program to generate direct, ongoing customer feedback.
