Collaborating with the Head of Development to execute on QA strategy aligned with company values and product goals.• Ensuring the game is thoroughly tested and meets accessibility and quality expectations.• Overseeing and managing QA, Configuration Testing and Customer Support outsourcing.• Overseeing and administrating bug tracking tools, including categorisation, tagging, guidelines and prioritisation of issues.• Developing and executing comprehensive test plans, including detailed bug reports.• Creating comprehensive guides on how to run all test plans. • Ensuring product and tool suites meet quality standards, managing bug lifecycle from creation to regression testing.• Overseeing customer support, including triaging/resolving technical queries raised and managing outsourced customer support agent.• Partnering with the Marketing Team to process Community feedback for the design team.• Managing the relationship and execution of external User Research Testing under the guidance of the Head of Development.• Partnering closely with Engineering and Design to understand the scope of game features, LiveOps Tools, Telemetry and Events and debugging capabilities, and inform their backlogs to ensure you have the knowledge and tools to deliver to a high standard.• Reviewing Design Specs for test impact, collaborating with Design and Engineering to maximise automated testing and minimise test maintenance.• Contributing to Milestone and Feature Acceptance creation and execution and provide cover for release management.• Collaborating on live release support strategy, supporting the Live Service with football and LiveOps operations.• Conducting health check assessments and deliver periodic QA presentations and analyses for stakeholders.
