I most recently served as the Executive Director of City on a Hill Young Adult Apostolate in Kansas City, a growing nonprofit organization and grassroots community impacting young adults a year. This role involved transforming a 15-year-old diocesan organization and organic movement into a scalable apostolate and nonprofit organization, while preserving the organic and fruitful charism of the community. My past experience includes work for the Diocese of Columbus, where I assisted parishes in implementing effective marriage preparation as the Marriage Formation Coordinator, retreat ministry, and parish work. I\'m currently focused on the needs of my family, and it\'s my favorite role yet!
