I also normalize data from multiple policy admin systems into an operational data store (ODS) to enhance data accessibility for platforms like Salesforce, Agent Portal, and Client Portal.Additionally, I maintain onboarding documentation and lead internal training for new hires, ensuring seamless integration and knowledge transfer within the team.
